How do I find my receipt?
Your purchase receipt usually arrives at your mailbox once the purchase is completed (unless you've unsubscribed from receiving them).

🟢 Paid
Your payment went through. Here's what to do:
- Close Coin Master completely and reopen it.
- Check the right place, like Spins at the top of the screen, Coins in your balance, or Cards in your Card Collection.

🟡 Pending
Your payment's still processing, which means your goodies are on the way.
Once the payment is completed, your items should arrive automatically. If you still don't see them, make sure to close and re-open your game!

🔴 Canceled
The purchase didn't go through, and you weren't charged. You can safely try making the purchase again.

❓ I don't have a receipt
If you didn't receive a receipt, the payment may not have gone through. Check your spam folder first.
If there's still no receipt, contact your payment platform directly — Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Galaxy, or PayPal — to check what happened.
