🔍 How to track your items
The first step is to look for the receipt and verify its status. Next, you'll need to take the relevant steps based on the status.
✅ If you got a receipt:
This means the transaction was successful and you're already headed in the right direction! The next step is to exit and restart your game and check if you've received them.
If you still haven't gotten your items, send the receipt on over to us so we can figure out what happened.
⌛ If your receipt is "Pending":
Your payment’s still processing, which means your goodies are on their way and should arrive safe and sound.
