Bought something and your items haven't arrived? A "Pending" purchase means Google Play is still processing your payment. Your items should arrive automatically once it completes. ⏳
How to check your purchase status
- Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & history.
- Find your Coin Master purchase and check its status.

What to do while you wait
- Close and reopen Coin Master once the status shows Completed.
- Check your spam folder if you don't see a Google email.
Still pending after that time?
Contact Google Play Support, since they process the payment. If it shows Completed but your items are missing, see "Where are my purchased items in Coin Master?" or message us with your receipt.
