So, what do I do now?
- Make sure you have the most updated version of Coin Master. 🐷💰 To do so, head to your app store and see if there’s a new update to the game. If there is ➡️ download the new update.
- Exit and restart the game. (Every once in a while, this is necessary in order for the items to load.)
- If you still don’t see your items, check with your bank or payment platform to verify that the payment went through.

- Make sure to attach your purchase receipts to the message. Doing so will help ensure a quick and efficient answer. Your purchase receipts will be from the same platform you used to download the game (App Store, Google Play, or Amazon).
