If you’re asking yourself “Where are those items I just purchased?”, you’ve come to the right place. We’re here to help! 💪
⭐When making an in-app purchase, please ensure you receive a receipt from the app you made the purchase through (for example Google or Apple).
If you only received a receipt from your payment processor, such as PIX or SIAMpay, I recommend you contact the platform through which you made your purchase.
A receipt solely from the payment processor may mean that your transaction didn't go through and we won't receive it on our end.
Although our orders usually deliver instantly, sometimes there are purchasing delays. There’s no need to redo the purchase, as it should arrive soon.⭐
If your receipt indicates that the purchase is ‘Pending’, it means that the payment hasn’t yet been processed.
If this is the case, or if you’re still concerned about not receiving your purchase, simply follow these recommended steps: ⬇️
- Make sure you have the most updated version of Coin Master. 🐷💰 To do so, head to your app store and see if there’s a new update to the game. If there is ➡️ download the new update.
- Exit and restart the game. (Every once in a while, this is necessary in order for the items to load.)
- Check with your bank or payment platform to verify that the payment went through.
I tried those steps, ⬆️ but I still don’t have my purchased item:
- Click on Send us a message at the bottom of this page.
- Make sure to attach your purchase receipts to the message, so our Support Team can assist you. Your purchase receipts will be from the same platform you used to download the game (App Store, Google Play, or Amazon).
