Getting Speedies & Building Your Group 🤸🤸🏻♀️
Before the big race begins, you'll have some time to build your dream group and collect a special currency called Speedies, which you can earn throughout the game, in events, and from promotions. A timer on the event screen will show you when the Championship starts.
During this pre‑event phase, you'll see a Championship screen where you can collect Speedies and build a group of up to 4 players before the timer runs out.
Building Your Group 🏭
If you're active during the pre‑event, you'll have the amazing chance to choose your teammates and match with players you prefer.
Here's how it works:
- Start or join a group of up to 4 players during the pre‑event phase.
- Invite friends: Use the green add button on the "Build Your Team!" tab to invite your Coin Master friends to join your group.
- Join friends' groups: If a friend invites you and they already have teammates, you'll join their existing group (up to 4 players).
- Leave and switch groups: You can leave your group (by clicking on the red button on your avatar) and join another one as long as the pre‑event timer is still running.
If you don't have enough friends, no worries! As long as you're active in Coin Master during the group‑building time before the event, an autofill system will help complete incomplete groups so you're always ready to play. 🙌
If you miss the pre‑event, you can still join when the event starts. You won't be able to choose your teammates at that point, but any open spots in your group will be auto‑filled at kickoff.
⭐️ Keep in Mind:
- The group that's together when the Championship starts is your final group and can't be changed. You won't be able to leave a team once the event starts. 🛑
- Any of your leftover Speedies will be converted into Spins after the Championship ends.
🌀🏎️ How to Play the Championship - Spinning & Racing
Once your squad is ready and the initial, group-building timer has ended, it's time to hit the snowy track!
1️⃣ Spin the Wheel
- Use the Speedies you've collected to spin the wheel and watch the points roll in.
- Tap on the multiplier to increase the Speedies you use and the number of places your group moves.
- Keep an eye out for the Mega Move tile – it means you've earned some major points!
- Look for the Bonus tile - it'll multiply the results of your next spin!
2️⃣ Advance on the Progress Bar
As your group accumulates points, you'll advance along a milestone bar. Each milestone you reach unlocks awesome rewards for your group! Even if you've completed the milestone bar, keep spinning to get points.
3️⃣ Race Through the Rounds
Each group is represented by a different-colored sled that moves forward on the track with every point you earn. You'll see your color on your picture badge under the event name. Look out for that same-colored sled and watch as it races head-to-head with others!
4️⃣ Leaderboards & Prizes
Be the group with the highest total score earned from all rounds together to win the entire competition and claim the Grand Prize! 🏆
On the main event page, you'll see your group's current position within the ongoing round - shown by the groups' sleds.
